Resale Rights - an Introduction
Resale right means that when you buy something, you get the selling right of that thing you have bought. This resale right can be of many types. In one type, you will get the right to sell what you have bought at any price you want or you can give that thing away for free to whoever you want. In another type, you will get the rights to sell that thing at any price but cannot give that away for free. In yet another type, you will get the rights to sell that thing not less than a price fixed by the original seller neither you can give that away for free.
Thus, when you buy anything with resale right, make sure that you get the points clear before you buy. The resale righted materials usually come with a Resale Right Agreement and one should properly read that before you come to some conclusion with the deal.
